He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Welsh and Lenora Welsh; his brothers, Duane and Phillip Welsh; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Farquhar, Fred Jones and Ron Barnes.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Green; his children, Misty Carmichael, Jennifer Welsh, Tracy Respondek (Edward), Jason French (Shielynn Sanchez) and Dominic Welsh; his grandchildren, George Telegadas, Colton Respondek and Agustina French; his siblings, Ann Jones, Robert Welsh and Ina Barnes; and his siblings-in-law, Kari Farquhar and Robert Green (Deborah). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
