He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ward and Hazel Ward. He is survived by: his wife Donallyn MacInnis; his daughters, Michelle Kubiak (Robert), Cheryl Klingler (Jeff Moore), Dawn Sexton (Harry) and Shelly Aluardo (Allen); and his grandchildren, Jason Miller (Lisa), Melissa Kubiak, Crystal Abbey (Corey Peoples), Adam Kubiak (Jake Griffioen), David Klingler (Cassidy), Dylan Klingler (Malena Salina), Sharon Alvarado, Shane Alvarado and Shyanne Mafteiu (Mike). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Society of St. Jude.
