He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Hornby; his children, Tim Hornby, Missy Greenia, Holly Hornby, Herb Deising, Shelley Wolvin (Joe) and Jason Deising; his brothers, Dick Hull (Phylis), Tom Hornby (Mindy) and Bob Hornby (Patty); his sister-in-law Karen Hornby; and his close friend Dick Morrison. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
