She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph and Eileen Virginia Smith (Shaening); her husband Royal Ronald Conkle; her sister Beverly; her grandson Micah; and her niece Stacie.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dulz (Nancy), Karen Richards (Chris), Alyssa Conkle and Rebecca Feldpausch (Michael); her stepchildren, Clay Conkle (Joey), Michele Ebright (Steve) and Tyler Conkle (Linda); her brother Tom Smith (Kathie); her cousin Barbara Serra; and her grandchildren, Emma, Katie, Eric, Nathaniel, Caleb, Collin, Kyra, Olivia, Curtis, Twiala, Joy, Stephanie, Jonathan, Sharon, Jeremy, Susan, Sarah and Michelle. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
