He is survived by : his children, Kelly Chamberlain (Mike) and Mark Zyzelewski (Nancy); his grandchildren, Allison, Mitchell Zyzelewski, Cole, Quinn, Drake and Sloane Chamberlain; and his stepsister Peggy Marvin.
