He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Francisco Santos and Berta Lidia Santos (Medrano); his brother Ruben Santos; his nephew Franky Santos; and his niece Rubenia Ortiz.
He is survived by: his wife Vilma Santos; his children, Yamileth Ramos (Selvin), David Santos (Claudia) and Juan Santos (Adriana); his siblings, Heliberto Santos, Francisco Santos, Irma Santos and Jorge Santos; his grandchildren, Gabriela Santos, Valeria Ramos, David A. Santos, Mia Santos, Gabriel Perez, Gio Ramos, Carlo Ramos and Camila Santos; and his great grandchild Axel Ramos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
