He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Douglas Curtis (Michele), Denise Dietz (Michael), Morgan Hales (Brian), Michelle Rush (Bradley) and Megan Sheremeta (Gregory); his grandchildren, Brittany, Chelsea, Jenna, Alexandria, Aubrey, Ashlee, Ryann, Landon, Brianna, Aiden, Claire, Lily, Liam and Alexis; and his great grandchildren, Grady, Emerson, Blake, Leila, Harvie, Merritt, Tatum and Sophia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
