He was predeceased by : his father Michael Matusiak; and his son Christopher Matusiak. He is survived by : his mother Judi Paul; his wife Vanessa Matusiak; his siblings, Shannon Kwasny (Mark) and Patrick Paul; his children, David Matusiak, Markie Stewart (Jill), Brent Cox and Christina Tennant (Josh); and his stepchildren, Brianna Garrett and Preston Green. He is also survived by 7 grand children.
