He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Bowers and Thelma Bowers (Conrad); and his brother Basil Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Doris Bowers of Valentine's Day; his daughters, Shari Sandel (Michael) and Pamela Bowers-Beach (Rick); his sister Bonnie Delaney (Bob); his grandchildren, Ashley Prang (Neil), Heather Sandel, Michael Sandel (Jaclynn), Jennifer Wakeman (Bret), Rebecca Beach (Mark) and Haylee Beach-Curry (Denton); his great grandchildren, Tyler Prang (Jen), Addison Prang, Andre Prang, Dean Wakeman, Jack Wakeman, Landen Budden, Keegan Budden, Aria Budden, Brayden Curry and Thomas Corden; and his nephew Butch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
