It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Heikkinen of Frankenmuth, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 81, on July 10, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Niemi and Elvira Niemi (Saari); and her brother Wendel Niemi. She is survived by: her husband Edward "Bruce" Heikkinen; her sons, James Heikkinen (Judy) and Jeffery Heikkinen (MaryBeth); and her grandchildren, Anthony, Jeffrey, Rachael and Risto. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Lorenz Lutheran Church (1030 W Tuscola St, Frankenmuth, MI 48734).
