He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stamper and Barbara Stamper (Moreau). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Lazowski; his sons, Matthew Stamper (Amber) and Andrew Stamper; his grandchildren, Julia and Lillee Stamper; his siblings, Michael Stamper (Crista) and Deborah Spicer (Curt); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Jackson, Kathleen Bruce and Annemarie Lazowski; his close friend Michael Gunther; his sister Valerie Stamper; his brothers-in-law, James Jackson and Richard Bruce; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
