She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Sr. Carlisle and Betty Carlisle (Shall); her significant other Tom Walstad; her siblings, Patricia Ferris, Gary Carlisle, Thomas Carlisle and Brian Carlisle; and her mother-in-law Gloria Walstad.
She is survived by : her children, April Hecht (Mark), Kaity Walstad and Mandi Walstad (Levi Zapata); her grandsons, Luke and Kurtis; and her siblings, Don Jr. Carlisle (Patricia), Christine Carlisle and James Carlisle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, and friends.
