She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kern and Mildred Kern; her former husband Donald M. Quellet; her grandchildren, Kara Quellet and Ashley Karaba; and her brothers, Harold "Don" Kern and Charles Kern.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Maurer. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
