He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Conzelmann and Helmuth Conzelmann; his brothers, Lyle (Shirley) and David (Maryann); his sons, Theodore (Patricia) and Jeffrey; his granddaughter Katelynn; his parents-in-law, Gerhard and Charlotte Struck; and his brother-in-law David Struck.
He is survived by: his son Thomas J. (Linda); his wife Judie (Judie); his daughter-in-law Janet; and his grandchildren, Johnathan, Joel, Matthew, Christopher, David, Alaina and Claire. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
