He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rafferty and Margorie Rafferty (Bartlebaugh); his siblings, Terrie, Penny, Linda, James and Daniel; and his former wife Mary Canterbury Rafferty.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Timothy Rafferty (Barbara), Jill Obrochta (Doug) and Corrinna Rhinehardt (Dan); and his sisters, Mary Thompson of Wilson, NY and Diane Tolley of Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
