He is survived by : his former life partner Doris Gruber Rau (Umbach) of Frankenmuth, MI; his daughter Lisa Rau-Reece; his son-in-law Patrick Reece of Frankenmuth, MI; his grandchildren, Kalika Reece of Boston, MA and Kaleb Reece of Frankenmuth, MI; his stepdaughters, Sue Gruber of Lodi, CA and Lynne Neike (Ron) of Pickerington, OH; his stepgrandchildren, KaraBeth O'Grady (Patrick) of Columbus, OH and Corbin Neike (Jennifer) of Blacklick, OH; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jude, Jolene Neike, Jack and Siobhan O'Grady; and his brothers, Richard Rau (Dick) of Crossville, TN and Raymond Rau (Louise) of Oakland Township, MI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
