Alex Curry Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alex Curry of Frankfort, Michigan, who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Alex may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alex touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his significant other Amanda Sheppard; his parents, Betsy Curry and Doug (Pam Curry); his siblings, Jack Merriman, Nick Curry, Taylor Schmidt and Courtney Bayles; his grandmother Dorothy Curry; and his godchild Kiki Merriman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
After the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Alex and Amanda moved to their very own cabin in the woods of Michigan, where they found peace and purpose in nature.
