We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024, at the age of 86, Norma S. Elias of Frankfort, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Spaven and Pauline Spaven; and her brother Mark Spaven. She is survived by : her daughters, Elaine Battle (Dennis) and Ella Elias (Kim); and her grandchildren, Caitlin, Courtney Battle and Evin Elias.
