He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernetta Toms and Chester Toms; and his brothers, Larry Toms and Mike Toms. He is survived by: his son Kyle Toms (Jenna); his grandchildren, Kolten, Kyleigh, Braylon and Travon; his niece Morgan Toms; and his nephews, Josh Toms and Corey Toms.
