He is survived by: his siblings, Lois Miles (Dan) of Pinconning, MI, Dennis Schlak (Diane) of Gaylord, MI, Linda Dice (Russel) of Davison, MI, Larry Schlak of Gaylord, MI and Brenda Schlak (John) of Florida; his daughter-in-law Debi Schlak (Claire) of South Lyon, MI; his son Tracey Schlak of Brighton, MI; his granddaughter Olivia Schlak of Branchland, WV.; and his friend Grace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
