With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Dominic Rende of Franklin, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2026 at the age of 83. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Donald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Rende and Dorothy Rende; his wife Lynda Marie Rende (Pew); and his sister Linda Smart. He is survived by: his sons, Kirk Rende (Jalene) and Kelly Rende; his grandchildren, Nicholas Rende and Alexis Rende; and his siblings, Bob Rende, Sandy Grushe (Harry) and Sue Stanfest.
