We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2025, at the age of 73, Raymond C. Joslin of Franklin, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Raymond's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joslin and Myrtle Joslin. He is survived by: his significant other Jerome "Jay" Zielinski; and his siblings, Walter Joslin (Karen), Ruth Rice (late Doug), Myrna Joslin (late Artie) and Linda Spino (Dennis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nephews, and close personal friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rg & Gr Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Services (15451 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48154). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Middle Branch Township Cemetery (14 Mile Rd, Marion, MI 49665).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider making a donation to the charity of your choosing, or honor Ray's generous spirit by performing an act of kindness for a stranger in his memory.

Cathy Runyon wrote a sympathy message

“It was always a special occasion when the "Detroit cousins" came up north and we got to be together for Christmas or other events. Ray and I shared a love for the accordion in our younger days, but sad to say, we lost touch during our teen years and adulthood except for passing references. I talked with Raymond recently about future plans for the cabin on 14 Mile Road in Marion. It was so good to hear his voice and he sounded well. His passing saddens me. Cathy Runyon”
