He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Melissa VanderHagen (Mark) and Krista Piatek (Larry); his grandchildren, Molly VanderHagen, Grace VanderHagen, Lily Piatek, Gabrielle Duke (Adam), Lauren Piatek and Andrew Piatek; and his sisters, Marlene Herula, Joann Miller and Sheri Getts. He is also survived by five nephews.
