He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, George LaFave and Dorothy LaFave; his children, Gerald D. LaFave (Nancy), Catherine Davey (Lawson) and Theresa Barylski (late Frank); his grandchildren, Christopher (Emily), Andrew, Justin (Effie), Tony, Elizabeth (Joshua), Rachel (Joel), Miranda, Frank (Monica) and Caleb (Adya); his great grandchildren, Maura and Cicely; his wife Elinor Fulgenti; and his sister Joan Volansky. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
