He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Mlejnek. He is survived by: his father Michael Mlejnek (Sandra); his brother David Mlejnek (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Ashlee Mohaske (Jake), Caitlin Frazer (John) and Justin Mlejnek; and his great-nieces, Violet and Lilly. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
