He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Dolan (Daniel) and Michael Zembrzuski; his grandsons, Daniel and Wyatt; and his siblings, Susan Roginski (late Edward), Dennis Zembrzuski (Cindy) and Lori Urbaniak (Rick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
