He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Kucharek and Lois Kucharek; and his brother Dan Kucharek. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ellen Kucharek; his child Stacy Kucharek (Tammie); his grandchildren, Ashley, Kisha, Chelsea and Brandi; and his siblings, Tonya Wardlow, Pam Walls, Ted Kucharek (Kathy), Ange Mackie, Michelle Grove (Jim) and Jackie Hathaway (Nick Loughmiller). He is also survived by his 13 great-grandchildren.
