He is survived by: his son Richard Andrew Kawalec-Johnson of Manistee, MI; and his siblings, Lorraine Carlson of Manistee, MI, Beverly Kawalec of Free Soil, MI, Tony Kawalec of Stanton, MI and Frank (Debbie Kawalec). He is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
