It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Marie Trautner of Freeland, Michigan, who passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Annette departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Annette may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Annette leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Dunlap and Earla M. Dunlap (Brander); and her daughter Julianne Trautner. She is survived by: her husband Neil J. Trautner; and her siblings, Lorraine Landenberg (William), Stephen Dunlap and David Dunlap. She is also survived by three brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law.
