It is with great sadness that we announce the death of April Kade (Freeland, Michigan), born in Midland, Michigan, who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her niece Breahna Tait. She is survived by : her spouse Nathan E. Kade; her children, Maxwell, Jude and Lucy; her parents, Dennis Tait (Becky) of Florida and Nancy Huegel (David) of Freeland; her parent-in-law Roy Kade of Freeland; her siblings, Amy Craft (Loyd), Aaron Tait (Stefanie), Angela Boudreau, Andrew Tait, Nellie Huegel, Michael Huegel, Benjamin Huegel and Brandon Huegel; her siblings-in-law, Craig Kade of Bridgeport, Melissa Straight (Jay) of Saginaw and Natalie Hand (Douglas) of Gaylord; her aunt Lisa Helmreich of Freeland; her friend Angie Williamson (Jason) of Freeland; and also, Melanie Kade of Freeland and Rabideau of Bridgeport. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In Lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Zion Lutheran Church, Freeland, Freeland Lion's Club or an educational fund to be set up for April's children.
