She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva A. Schall (Martin) and Herbert E. Schall; her siblings, Doris Briggs (Lloyd), Robert and George Schall; her husband Billy Richard Hayes; her sons, William Hayes and Rick Hayes (Carol); and her grandson Kurt Clark.
She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Ostrander (Gene); her daughters, Cindy Clark (Robert) and Kelly Conrad (Tim); her grandchildren, Travis Hayes (Rachel), Trisha Fox (Duane), Lindsay Hepworth (Sean), David Conrad (Melanie), Tyler Clark (Jenna), Laura Sisco (Dave) and Cheri Clark; and her great grandchildren, Raymond Fox, Emily Hayes, William Hayes, Riley Fox, Abigail Hepworth, Michael Hayes, Hailey Hepworth, Maggie Hepworth, Walker Conrad, Waylon Conrad and Samuel Hepworth.
