Fitzgerald of Freeland, Michigan, born in Bay City, Michigan, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulda Schwab (Hammerbacher) and Arthur Schwab; and her sister Mary Schwab. She is survived by: her husband Jack Fitzgerald of Freeland; her children, Greg Sieggreen (Darci), Wendy Vanderheide (Brent) and Steven Sieggreen (Cindy); her stepchildren, Patricia Paisley (Bruce), Scott Fitzgerald (Kari) and Kathleen Kross (Kip); her brothers, Lester Schwab (Kay) and Daniel Schwab; her grandchildren, Brendan, Abigail, Nicholas Sieggreen, Ben, John, Will, Katie Vanderheide, Caden, Isabella, Oliver Sieggreen, Amanda Rytlewski (Dan), Samantha, Olivia Fitzgerald, Matt and Carley Kross; and her great grandchildren, Braelyn, Brystal and Bryar Rytlewski.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Ev. Lutheran Church (545 7th St, Freeland, MI 48623).
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Zion Lutheran Church, Freeland, the American Cancer Society or the donor's favorite charity.
