He is survived by : his wife Donna Monteath; his children, Linda Hastings (Mike), Pam Hinkley and Mike Monteath (Cheri); his grandchildren, Monica Kucher (Pat), Missy Smith (Brent), Matt Monteath (Jessica), Eric Hinkley (Krystal), Brandi Hinkley, Justin Rubick (Lacey), Heather Trahan (Michael), Tyler Rubick, Cody Sargent, Christopher Monteath (Ashley), Alycia Wipert (Rick) and Stephanie Hacker (Brenden); his half-sister Anne Arnold; his niece Dawn Cotter (Don); and his nephew Shawn Arnold.
