He was predeceased by : his parents, Gustave R. Sanford and Mary Zane Bushong; his siblings, Kevin of Mike, ST, John and Grace; his niece Wendy; and his brothers-in-law, Dan, Pete, Gary and Steve.
He is survived by : his sons, Kevin Sanford (Alilyn) of Freeland and Gus Sanford (Nicole) of Saginaw; his grandchildren, Hunter Paschall, Ashlynn Quinn, Carter Sanford, Cheyenne Sanford and Keigan Sanford; his siblings, Deforest Sanford, Jim Sanford, Scott Sanford, Kerry Sanford, Brian Sanford, Denise Brandt, Mary Ries and Leila Shaffer; and his sisters-in-law, Lori Sanford and Maribeth Sanford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
