She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar G. Butterfield and Maida K. Butterfield (Hall); her son Jefferey; her sisters, Dian Zahner and Anita Harvey; and her brother-in-law Jim Qualman.
She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Yates; her sons, Jason Yates (Dannette) and Joel Yates; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Yates; her great grandchildren, Cooper Yates, Landon Yates, Griffin Yates, Brandon Yates, Brittney Sullivan (Carmeron) and Nicole DeCorte (Daniel); her sister Beth Rowell; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Qualman, Betty Woodruff, Dale Harvey and John Zahner.
