She was predeceased by: her parents, John Folkema and Mamie Folkema. She is survived by: her daughters, Marla Granger (Doug) of Wisconsin and Dr. Nora Harmsen (David Bramlett) of Hawaii.

Donations in her memory may be given to Fremont Area Community Foundation for The Fremont Christian School Endowment Fund.
