He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn Diane Moe; and his parents, Archie Moe and Martha Moe (Harjes). He is survived by: his children, Steven Moe, Alicia Cooley (Jason) and Sheryl Moe; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Moe and Alan Akershoek (Natalie).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hesperia United Methodist Church, a place that held a special significance in Charles's life.
