It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Gilliland of Fremont, Michigan, who passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Gilliland and Evelyn R. Gilliland (DeKuiper); his siblings, Scott, Bob Gilliland and Linda Shaft; his sister-in-law Marlene Gilliland; and his close friend Margarita "Margo" Elena Ramos.

He is survived by: his brother Brad Gilliland (Vicki); his sister-in-law Susan Gilliland; and his close friends, Kiley Lauren, Ryan Maike and Dean. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
