He is survived by: his children, Duane A. VanDuzen (Judy), Jane E., Cheryl A. VanDuzen and David L. VanDuzen; his stepdaughters, Kristen Sleeth (Brad) and Michele Porter; his grandchildren, D. O., Kristin Olgaard (Brian), Catherine Chavez (Fausto), Nicole Wojciechowski (Jacek), Vanessa VanDuzen and Adam VanDuzen; his great grandchildren, Selene Mae Chavez, Piper Kaylee Wojciechowski, Katy VanDuzen and Israel VanDuzen; and his stepgrandchildren, Xander and Trace Williams.
The VanDuzen family invites contributions to the First Congregational Church of Fremont or Newaygo County Compassion Home in Duane's memory and honor.
