She was predeceased by: her foster parents, George Kalsbeek and Willa Kalsbeek; her sister Mary Spira; and her siblings-in-law, Virginia, Carl Sneller, Marve, Gerry Hooker, Harley Hooker, Les and Sylvia Hooker.

She is survived by: her spouse Dale Hooker; her children, Jeff Hooker (Violet) of Fremont, Julie Menke (Mike) of Medina and Mike Hooker of Fremont; her grandchildren, Allen Hooker (Hannah), Elly Dale Hooker, Lauren Manton (Ryan), Alex Menke (Camille) and Ashtyn Braafhart (Harry); her great grandchild Aspen Hooker; her sisters, Carol Johnson and Barb Michmerheizen (Bob); and her siblings-in-law, Lou, Verla Hooker, Corrine, Duane Burt, Barb, Stan Witte, Lloyd, Sally Hoekert and Arlene Hooker. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
