He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Campbell and Bernice Gothup; and his brothers, Kenneth Campbell and Ron Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Tammie Hansen-Campbell; his sons, Joshua Campbell, Joel Campbell and Josiah Campbell (Lizzie); and his brother Jim Campbell (Joyce). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
