He is survived by: his wife Barbara Breuker; his daughters, Suzanne Frens (Roger), Vicki Lubbers and Marilyn Jackson; his grandsons, Mitch Rowe (Madison), Justin Frederick, Hunter and Jayden Frens; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Elliana, Oliver and Ensley; and his grandchildren, Jason Frens (Amy), Andrea Caruso (Tony) and Shannan Beattie (Bill).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Harbor Hospice or Newaygo County Commission on Aging.
