He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Elmer and Clara Mae Shriver (Rewalt); his siblings, Bernard Clyde Shriver, Merideth Lloyd Shriver, William Lawrence Shriver (Kate), Joyce Ann Broughton (Harold), Phyllis Jane Bean and Darlene Marie Drake; his stepson Charles Burton Rice; and his great grandchild Jana Marie Abel.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dawn; his son Michael Harvey Shriver (Colette) of Highland, Utah; his stepson Randy Lee Rice of Hesperia; his daughters, Cindy Jo Vogel (Michael) of Whitehall and Kelley Gaye Gray (Kevin) of Muskegon; and his sister-in-law Pauline Shriver. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (20 E Sheridan St, Fremont, MI 49412).
