She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard E. Fetterley and Amelia Fetterley (Walker); and her brothers, Francis Fetterley and Wayne (Marilyn Fetterley). She is survived by: her spouse Jerry W. Witte; her great grandchild Scott Witte (Mishele) of Fremont; Aubree Schuiteman (Chaise), Calvin, Austin Witte (Molly Kooistra), Amelia "Mia" Witte, Aleeya Witte, Susan Vincent (Paul) of Fremont, Paul Vincent, Jr. (Karlie), Levi, Gavin, Sean Vincent, Emersyn, Brent Tanis (Avery) and Seth Vincent (Taylor Burke). She is also survived by 2 children, 8 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the Susan Mast ALS Foundation.
