He is survived by: his wife Carla Green; his children, Jeremy Christian and JoEllen Mausolf (Josh); his grandsons, Hunter and Cole; and his siblings, John, Russell (Libbie), Richard (Kerry) and Betsy Kuhn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
