We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2025, at the age of 85, Lynda S. Thornton of Fremont, Michigan, born in Grandville, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Henry L Thornton; her parents, William Wadkins and Audrey Wadkins (Sarber); and her brothers, William and Charles Wadkins.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Kommer, Karen Kleer (Robert), Geraldine Helsel (Neale) and Robert Thornton; and her sisters, Charlotte Pencarinha (Raymond) and Deanna Nakamura (Eugene).
In honor of Lynda's commitment to caregiving and community, donations in her memory may be made to the Newaygo Medical Care Facility.
