He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Califf and Paula Califf. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth C. Califf; his sons, Paul Califf and David Califf (Terri); and his grandson David Michael Califf. He is also survived by his sisters; and many other cherished relatives and friends.
