He was predeceased by: his daughter Margaret; and his parents, Helen and Joe. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his daughter Amy Ciaccio (Frank); his grandsons, Gino and Joey Ciaccio; and his brother Paul. He is also survived by his family, Richard was simply Dad and Grandpa.
