He is survived by: his wife Michelle Talbott; his daughters, Elizabeth Smith (Sergio Torres), Megan Kosheba (Rodney) and Melissa Ann; his grandchildren, Joshua Smith, Onalee Grandon, Kaylie Smith, Emily Smith, Alexander Kosheba and Erin Kosheba; his great grandchildren, Tristian and Oakley; his sisters, Deborah Gleason, Cheryl Boutell (Dan) and Rebecca Smith; and his brother-in-law Mitch Talbott (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
