He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert John Moore (AJ) and Shirley Barends; his stepfather Bill Barends; his father-in-law Gordon Balcom Sr.; his brother-in-law Douglas Earl; and his close friend Connie Momany.
He is survived by: his wife Luci Moore; his children, Jenna Adams (John) and Maxwell Moore; his grandchildren, Owen Scott Adams and Gwendolyn Grace Adams; his brother Rick Moore (Deb); his stepsiblings, Tom Barends (Michele) and Lisa Clark (Kyle); his mother-in-law Lucille Balcom; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Earl, Debra Wilbur (Rich), Gordon Balcom (Jane) and Gary Balcom; and his friends, Jon Sovinski (Julie) and Jay Oosterhouse (Shelley). He is also survived by his family, friends and community will.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Scott's memory to Corewell Health Hospice, who provided unwavering comfort, support, and compassion during his final days.
